Dhankhar forced out by govt as he decided to go by book: Kharge

Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge claimed Jagdeep Dhankhar was forced to resign as Vice-President after he started acting independently and allowed a notice for the removal of Justice Varma. Kharge alleged that Dhankhar faced threats and pressure from the Modi government for upholding constitutional norms, leading to his ousting. Sonia Gandhi accused the BJP-RSS of dismantling the Constitution.
