Ex-convict who killed 5 in 1993 held again in Bikaner; had built temple on govt land

Bikaner police have arrested Shribhagwan, a 50-year-old man, for allegedly raping two minor sisters, aged 7 and 9. Investigations revealed a disturbing past, as Shribhagwan was previously convicted of murdering five family members during a 1993 robbery. Released in 2013, he lured the girls with promises before the assault, threatening them afterward.
