ADR and Punjab election watch urge EC to replace Ludhiana DEO for failing to act on blatant MCC violations

The Association for Democratic Reforms and Punjab Election Watch have filed a complaint with the Election Commission of India, alleging Model Code of Conduct violations in the Ludhiana West bye-election. They are seeking the removal of the District Election Officer for alleged dereliction of duty and demanding strict enforcement of campaign expenditure limits.
