Astronaut Shukla speaks to Isro chief; gives big update on ISS experiments

Indian astronaut Shubhanshu Shukla, currently on the ISS as part of the Axiom-4 mission, spoke with Isro chairman V Narayanan on July 6, 2025, about his health, mission progress, and scientific work. Shukla’s observations and inputs are expected to significantly contribute to the Gaganyaan mission. Isro continues to provide mission support, with regular interactions with standby astronaut Prashant Balan Nair.
