AU Small Finance Bank buys Mumbai’s Bandra Vishwas Tower for Rs 371 crore

AU Small Finance Bank has acquired the 11-story Vishwas building in Bandra (East) for Rs 371 crore from Earthworth Constructions. The agreement, finalized on Tuesday with a stamp duty of Rs 22.26 crore, marks a significant transaction near the western express highway. The bank intends to utilize the former United Phosphorus Ltd (UBL) leased property as its new corporate headquarters.
