Bengaluru stampede: KSCA top officials resign; take moral responsibility for 11 deaths

They cited moral responsibility for the incident amid public outcry and an ongoing investigation into crowd management failures during IPL victory celebrations. An FIR has been filed, and the officials sought anticipatory bail.
