The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) says it cannot locate nearly 900 pounds of enriched uranium that Iran claims was moved for protection ahead of recent U.S. airstrikes on its nuclear facilities. IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi revealed the agency was never informed of the uranium’s new location, raising global concerns about transparency and nuclear security. Grossi also confirmed serious damage to Iran’s Natanz site and limited access to Isfahan. He emphasized that locating the missing uranium is a core obligation under Iran’s international agreements.
