Nearly 67 companies, including NBCC, MCX India, Paras Defence, NALCO, Senco Gold, Power Finance Corporation, and others, have fixed their record dates for dividends and other corporate actions for the week of August 24 (Monday) to August 28 (Friday).
Interested investors need to hold shares of these companies in their demat accounts as of the respective record date to be eligible for corporate actions. The list remains tentative as more companies may announce record dates for dividends, bonus issues and stock splits during the week.
Here is a day-wise list of corporate actions to watch out for this week:
Around 14 companies have corporate actions scheduled for Monday. Senco Gold has fixed Monday as the record date for a final dividend of Re 1 per share with a face value of Rs 5 each for the financial year 2026, while National Aluminium Company (NALCO) has fixed the same date as the record date for a final dividend of Re 1 per share.
Gillette India has the highest dividend per share among the stocks with corporate actions scheduled for Monday. The company will pay a dividend of Rs 60 per share to its shareholders.
International Gemological Institute will pay Rs 2.55 per share, while Naturewings Holidays will pay Rs 1.6 per share. Other stocks with dividend record dates on Monday include AMJ Land Holdings (Rs 0.2 per share), GK Energy (Rs 0.5 per share), India Pesticides (Rs 0.75 per share), Pudumjee Paper Products (Rs 0.6 per share) and SJVN (Rs 0.35 per share).
TD Power Systems has fixed Monday as the record date for a 1:1 stock split, while Rajgor Castro Derivatives has fixed Monday as the record date for a rights issue. Mayank Cattle Food and Abhishek Integrations have fixed Monday as the record date for their respective 1:1 bonus issues.
Around 13 companies have corporate actions scheduled for Tuesday. Ratnaveer Precision Engineering has fixed Tuesday as the record date for a rights issue, offering 7 shares for every 40 shares held at Rs 264 per share.
Deepak Fertilisers and Petrochemicals and Shivalik Bimetal Controls will both pay a final dividend of Rs 10 per share and Rs 2 per share, respectively. Aditya Vision will pay a final dividend of Rs 1.25 per share.
Other stocks with dividend record dates on Tuesday include Premco Global (Rs 2 per share), NR Agarwal Industries (Rs 2 per share), Diffusion Engineers (Rs 1.5 per share), Holmarc Opto-Mechatronics (Rs 0.5 per share), Mobavenue Ai Tech (Rs 0.5 per share), and MAS Financial Services (Rs 0.75 per share).
Mittal Life Style has fixed Tuesday as the record date for a stock consolidation from Rs 1 to Rs 10. Meanwhile, Ducon Infratechnologies has fixed Tuesday as the record date for a rights issue of 10 shares for every 13 shares held at Re 1 per share, and Esaar (India) has fixed Tuesday as the record date for a rights issue of 44 shares for every 15 shares held at Rs 10 per share.

Waterways Leisure Tourism has fixed Wednesday as the record date for a 1:10 stock split.
Around 6 companies have corporate actions scheduled for Thursday. Procter & Gamble Health has the highest dividend per share among all the stocks with corporate actions scheduled for Thursday, paying a final dividend of Rs 45 per share.
Power Finance Corporation will pay an interim dividend of Rs 3.9 per share, while DOMS Industries will pay a final dividend of Rs 3.65 per share.
Other stocks with dividend record dates on Thursday include Yash Highvoltage (Rs 1.4 per share), Thomas Cook (India) (Rs 0.5 per share), and Manaksia Coated Metals & Industries (Rs 0.05 per share).
Around 33 companies have corporate actions scheduled for Friday. Protean e-Gov Technologies has the highest dividend per share among all the stocks with corporate actions scheduled for Friday, paying a final dividend of Rs 10 per share.
Multi Commodity Exchange of India will pay a final dividend of Rs 8 per share, while Dynamatic Technologies, Vardhman Textiles, and Whirlpool will each pay a final dividend of Rs 5 per share. Poly Medicure will pay Rs 3.5 per share, Emami Paper Mills will pay Rs 3.2 per share, and Honasa Consumer alongside Studds Accessories will both pay Rs 3 per share.
