Brushing aside govt objection, SC gives relief to ex-IPS man

The Supreme Court has instructed the Central government to provide travel documents to T Prabhakar Rao, the former head of Telangana’s Special Intelligence Bureau, currently in the US and declared a proclaimed offender. This will enable his return to India for investigation in a phone tapping case.
