The Iranian Defense Minister, Aziz Nasirzadeh, took part in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) defense ministers’ meeting in Qingdao, China. Nasirzadeh thanked Beijing for “supporting Iran’s legitimate position after recent attacks” from Israel and the US. Nasirzadeh’s visit comes just a few days after the end of the Iran-Israel war.
