Bengaluru police apprehended S Madan, 37, for allegedly kissing two women in Pulakeshinagar. The incident occurred on June 6. One victim reported the man accosted and kissed her in Milton Park. He then repeated the act on another woman nearby. Police used CCTV footage to trace Madan to his residence in Banasawadi. He is now in judicial custody.
