R Ashwin, the former Indian cricketer, has been cleared of ball-tampering allegations in the Tamil Nadu Premier League (TNPL). The Madurai franchise accused Ashwin’s team, Dindigul Dragons, of using chemically treated towels to alter the ball’s condition during their match.
