Country singer Conner Smith has been identified as the driver in a fatal accident that struck a 77-year-old woman. The 24-year-old star was reportedly behind the wheel of a pickup truck during June 8 incident. Metropolitan Nashville Police Department has reportedly confirmed Dorothy Dobbins as the victim. Dobbins was crossing street around 7.30 pm when tragedy struck, a law enforcement source tells TMZ. Full report-
