Delhi transition: CNG buses to be phased out by 2031; electric fleet expands, DTC & cluster vehicles on exit timeline

Delhi plans to retire all its CNG buses, including DTC and Cluster buses, by August 2031, according to government data shared in Rajya Sabha. The transition involves phasing out 2,743 CNG buses, with older DTC buses going by 2026-27 and Cluster buses by 2031.
