Mysterious deaths have once again plagued Russia as two officials were killed in separate incidents in a span of 2 weeks. In the latest incident, former Russian transport minister Roam Starovoit was found dead inside his car with gunshot wounds. What’s interesting is that he was sacked by Vladimir Putin just hours before his body was recovered.
