Cambodia has accused Thailand of using cluster munitions against Cambodian citizens during the ongoing border clashes. The Cambodian defence ministry alleged that Thailand resorted to “indiscriminate and flagrant violation of international law, including the Convention on the Law of Nature, the Convention on Cluster Munition”.
