Goa CM overturns health min’s order to suspend doctor as video sparks row

Goa’s health minister Vishwajit Rane initially ordered the suspension of Dr Rudresh Kurtikar at Goa Medical College and Hospital after a video went viral showing Rane confronting the doctor about patient care. However, Chief Minister Pramod Sawant intervened, assuring the public that Dr Kurtikar would not be suspended.
