Israel has hit out at Greta Thunberg and other activists who were detained after the ‘Madleen’ boat they were travelling in, was stopped from entering Gaza on Monday. Israel minister Israel Katz claimed that the 12 activists “closed their eyes” and refused to watch the video showing the brutalities by Hamas militants during the October 7 attacks on Israel in 2023.
