Delhi Police have filed a chargesheet against Zikra, infamously known as ‘Lady Don,’ and seven others concerning the murder of a 17-year-old boy in Seelampur. The charges include murder and criminal conspiracy. Zikra, associated with the Mastan gang, allegedly groomed teenagers for criminal activities.
