Panic erupted on June 29 when a young girl fell overboard from the fourth deck of the Disney Dream cruise ship near Lookout Cay. Her father immediately leapt in after her, holding her above water in rough seas for nearly 20 minutes as chaos unfolded onboard. A “man overboard” alarm triggered a swift emergency response, and Disney’s rescue crew launched a lifeboat with precision. Dramatic video footage captured the tense rescue as stunned passengers watched from above. Cheers broke out as the crew safely pulled both father and daughter from the ocean. Thankfully, no injuries were reported, and the rescue is now going viral across social media.
