Himanshu Roy Legacy Awards launched to honour excellence in security, music and medicine

The inaugural Himanshu Roy Legacy Awards, honouring the late IPS officer, were launched on June 23rd in Mumbai. The event, organized by the Himanshu Roy Foundation, recognized contributions to national security, music, and medicine. Grammy winner Rakesh Chaurasia and Shankar Mahadevan performed at the ceremony, hosted by Amish Tripathi. RSS General Secretary Dattatreya Hosabale highlighted Roy’s dedication to national security.
