Hit and run: Thar driver reverses to target elderly after minor collision in Jammu; flees

In Jammu, a young man, Manan Anand, has been booked for allegedly hitting an elderly man after their vehicles collided. CCTV footage shows Anand driving recklessly before the initial collision, after which he intentionally reversed his Mahindra Thar to strike the victim again near Allora Textiles.
