India To Get 3 Apache Helicopters From U.S. Next Week, To Be Stationed On Pakistan Border

India is set to receive the first consignment of advanced AH-64E Apache attack helicopters from the U.S. on July 21. These helicopters will be deployed along the Pakistan border and will land at the Indian Air Force’s Hindon Air Force Station for immediate use. The Apaches significantly boost India’s army offensive and reconnaissance capabilities. The Indian Army raised its first Apache squadron over 15 months ago in Rajasthan’s Jodhpur, but deployment was delayed due to supply chain issues and geopolitical shifts. Meanwhile, two Apache squadrons are already active with the Indian Air Force in Pathankot and Jorhat.#apachehelicopters #indianarmy #iaf #indiadefence #pakistanborder #makeinindia #usindia #militaryupgrade #ah64e #hindonairforcestation #defence #toi #toibharat
