It features on the top-right side of the jersey, under the Champions Trophy logo. ICC rules mandate that all jerseys feature the name of the tournament's host country on them, even if they play at a different neutral venue like India will in the UAE. Ahead of the tournament, there were reports that the BCCI would not allow for Pakistan's name to be printed on the Indian jersey. However, newly appointed BCCI secretary Devajit Saikia later confirmed that the board would adhere to the ICC rules.
