IndiGo fined Rs 1.5L over dirty seats, passenger’s mental agony

IndiGo Airlines has been held liable by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission in New Delhi for providing unhygienic and stained seats on a flight from Baku to Delhi. The commission found this to be a deficiency in service, violating consumer expectations. Consequently, the airline has been directed to pay a compensation of Rs 1.
