ISIS plot: Pakistani extradited over NYC terror plan; Encrypted message warned of largest attack on US

Muhammad Shahzeb Khan, a Pakistani citizen residing in Canada, has been extradited to the U.S. for allegedly plotting an ISIS-inspired mass shooting at a New York City Jewish community center. The attack, planned for the anniversary of the October 7th Hamas attacks, was foiled through encrypted messaging app monitoring.
