Kanwar Yatra: SC to hear plea challenging UP’s directive to display QR

Academic Apoorvanand Jha and others filed the public interest litigation, alleging discriminatory profiling. The court had previously suspended similar orders from BJP-led states, citing privacy concerns for shop owners.
