Karan Johar has put an end to ongoing speculation around a sequel to Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham, stating that he has no plans to revisit the 2001 film. Speaking in a recent interview, the filmmaker said he would “never” make a follow-up, emphasizing that the film’s enduring popularity lies in its emotional legacy and nostalgia. The original starred Shah Rukh Khan, Kajol, Amitabh Bachchan, Kareena Kapoor Khan, and Hrithik Roshan.
