Kolkata horror: Detective dept to take over case, say cops

Kolkata Police’s Detective Department is now investigating the gangrape of a law student within a south Kolkata college. The survivor, a Trinamool student activist, was allegedly lured with a promise of a key post and then assaulted by three individuals, including a former student and current staff member.
