Kwick Forensic Solutions is set to make its stock market debut on September 3 on the BSE SME platform, with its shares trading at a strong 87% premium in the grey market. The sharp rise in the grey market premium (GMP) has fuelled expectations of a blockbuster listing for the company’s Rs 50.77 crore initial public offering (IPO).

The IPO, which opened for subscription ona August 27 and closed on August 31, witnessed an extraordinary response from investors, with the issue subscribed a staggering 289 times overall.

Breaking down the subscription figures, the retail portion was subscribed 313.18 times, while non-institutional investors (NIIs) bid for 318.53 times the shares on offer. Qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) also showed strong interest, with their portion subscribed 224.32 times.

The Rs 50.77 crore IPO comprises a fresh issue of 46 lakh shares worth Rs 41.05 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 11 lakh shares aggregating Rs 9.72 crore.

Kwick Forensic Solutions had set the IPO price band at Rs 85–90 per share, with a lot size of 1,600 shares. At the upper end of the price band, retail investors were required to invest a minimum of Rs 2.88 lakh for 3,200 shares.

Corporate Capital Ventures Pvt. Ltd. acted as the book-running lead manager for the issue, while Bigshare Services Pvt. Ltd. was appointed as the registrar.

Ahead of the public issue, Kwick Forensic Solutions raised Rs 14.43 crore from anchor investors. The anchor bidding process was conducted on August 25, 2026.

With the IPO witnessing massive subscription demand and the GMP climbing sharply ahead of listing, all eyes are now on Kwick Forensic Solutions’ debut on the BSE SME platform.

The company plans to deploy the net IPO proceeds primarily towards strengthening its working capital position.

Around Rs 31.42 crore has been earmarked for working capital requirements, while the remaining funds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Kwick Forensic Solutions delivered a strong growth trajectory in FY26, with both its top line and bottom line recording substantial gains. The company’s total income jumped 63%, from Rs 65.08 crore in FY25 to Rs 105.80 crore in FY26.

Profit growth was equally impressive, with PAT rising 58% from Rs 8.56 crore to Rs 13.51 crore during the same period.
