In Mumbai’s Vikhroli, a shopkeeper faced assault by MNS members over an allegedly ‘anti-Marathi’ WhatsApp status. Confronted outside his shop, he was physically attacked and forced to publicly apologize. A video shows him holding his ears and begging for forgiveness, while MNS workers warned against disrespecting Marathi culture. Police are yet to confirm if a complaint has been filed.
