Mumbai’s crime branch has apprehended Rajendra N. Lodha, along with accomplices, for allegedly defrauding Lodha Developers of Rs 85 crore. The real estate firm accused its former director, Rajendra Narpatmal Lodha, his son, and associates of fraud, misappropriation, and criminal breach of trust. Rajendra Lodha is accused of unauthorized property sales, undervaluing land deals, and illegal TDR transactions.
