Manipur Protests: Security Forces Intensify Crackdown As Protests Over Minors’ Killings Grow

Security personnel used tear gas to disperse the protestors seeking justice for the Tronglaobi incident after the situation turned tense in the NH 37 Sagolband Tera bazar to Waheng Leikai region. Two children were killed and their mother was injured when a bomb was hurled by suspected militants at a house in the Tronglaobi Awang Leikai area of Moirang on April 7.
