Manish Sisodia skips ACB summons in Rs 2,000 crore classroom ‘scam’, cites pre planned engagement

Manish Sisodia, a senior AAP leader, did not attend the anti-corruption branch summons. The summons relates to an alleged scam in constructing classrooms in state-run schools. Sisodia’s lawyer submitted a reply and requested a new date. Satyendar Jain was also summoned in the same case. The investigation follows a complaint alleging a scam of over Rs 2,000 crore.
