Comedian Matt Rife has stunned fans by buying the Warren Occult Museum and the haunted house that inspired The Conjuring films. Now the legal guardian of dozens of cursed artifacts, including the infamous Annabelle doll, Rife says he views the site as “real history” that deserves reverence. The viral reveal on Instagram sparked both awe and fear, especially after reminders of Dan Rivera, Annabelle’s former handler who died on tour. Rife confirmed that Annabelle will complete her tour before being locked away in the museum. Plans are already underway to open the house for overnight stays and paranormal investigations by Halloween 2025.
