MS Dhoni spotted watching IND vs PAK match on broadcast:CSK legend donning famous yellow jersey at commercial shoot

During the live television broadcast of the India vs Pakistan ICC Champions Trophy game on Sunday, former World Cup winning Team India captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni was briefly spotted on screen, watching the high-profile match from a studio where he was filming for a commercial. Dhoni was sat with a group of people behind him. Notably, he was donning yellow Chennai Super Kings colours. He will be representing the franchise in the upcoming 2025 IPL season and was presumably filming a commercial for the same. IND off to good start against PAK after losing toss After India lost the toss and Mohammad Rizwan elected to bat first, the men in blue got off to the ideal start with two early wickets. First, Hardik Pandya dismissed Babar Azam, who edged behind to KL Rahul. Then, Axar Patel's direct hit resulted in a run out of Imam ul-Haq, the new man replacing an injured Fakhar Zaman for this game. This left Pakistan at 47/2 in the 10th over. 'Nobody cares how old you are, the level needs to be the same in IPL' says Dhoni The former India legend talked about the hard work and effort required for him to play at a high level like the IPL, at the age of 43. He said he needed to put his body through "six to eight months" of hard work to get fit for the tournament.
Chennai Super Kings retained Dhoni ahead of the IPL 2025 auction, using the new uncapped player rule. Dhoni said on Friday as quoted by PTI, I only play a couple of months in a year, but I want to enjoy it the way I started playing, that's something that keeps me going. But, of course, for that, I need to put in a lot of hard work for six to eight months because IPL is one of the toughest tournaments. Nobody really cares about how old you are. If you re playing at this level, the level needs to be the same.Original Article
