Veteran actress Neena Gupta joined Kareena Kapoor in calling out luxury brand Prada for allegedly copying the traditional Kolhapuri chappal design. Neena took to Instagram to showcase a handmade pair of Kolhapuris gifted to her by the late Laxmikant Berde, saying they’re now in high demand. Earlier, Kareena had also subtly shaded Prada by posting a picture in her original Kolhapuri sandals. Their posts have sparked a wave of support for desi fashion and cultural heritage online.
