No bail for accused Gaganpreet in Delhi BMW crash that killed govt official

Gaganpreet Makkad, the driver in the BMW crash, was denied bail by a Delhi court. She is accused of culpable homicide in the death of Navjot Singh. Makkad claimed no intent or negligence.
