Person arrested on warrant needn’t be told of reason: Supreme Court

The Supreme Court has clarified that when an arrest is made with a warrant, a separate communication of the arrest grounds isn’t required, as the warrant itself serves this purpose. The court stated that reading the warrant to the arrested person sufficiently informs them of the reasons for their arrest.
