Pune Porsche crash case: Juvenile to be tried as minor; JJB rejects police plea

The Juvenile Justice Board (JJB) has denied the Pune Police’s request to try a 17-year-old involved in a fatal Porsche crash as an adult. The teenager, accused of driving under the influence and causing the death of two IT professionals in May 2024, will remain under the juvenile justice system.
