Punjab gang war: Gangster’s mother shot dead in Batala

In Amritsar, Harjit Kaur, mother of gangster Jaggu Bhagwanpuria, and his aide Karanvir were fatally shot. Unidentified assailants on a motorcycle opened fire on their vehicle in Urban Estate. Karanvir died instantly, while Kaur succumbed to injuries in the hospital. Haryana gangsters Prabhu Dasuwal and Kaushal Chaudhary, linked to the Bambiha gang, claimed responsibility via social media.
