Bharti Airtel

LIC raised its holding in Bharti Airtel by 1.47 crore shares during the June quarter to 25.82 crore shares from 24.34 crore shares in March. The insurer made a net investment of Rs 2,721 crore, while the stock gained 3.9% during the quarter.

Maruti Suzuki India

LIC raised its stake in Maruti Suzuki India by 17 lakh shares, taking its holding to 1.62 crore shares from 1.45 crore shares. The net purchase value stood at Rs 2,267 crore, and the stock rose 14.7%.

ITC

LIC's holding in ITC increased by 5.84 crore shares to 204.16 crore shares from 198.32 crore shares in the previous quarter. The insurer bought shares worth Rs 1,742 crore, while the stock slipped 0.26%.

Kotak Mahindra Bank

LIC added 3.98 crore shares of Kotak Mahindra Bank, taking its holding to 68.60 crore shares from 64.63 crore shares. Net buying amounted to Rs 1,520 crore, and the stock advanced by 10.99%.

UltraTech Cement

LIC increased its holding in UltraTech Cement by 13 lakh shares to 89 lakh shares from 76 lakh shares. The insurer invested Rs 1,491 crore, while the stock gained 4.73%.

Reliance Industries

LIC bought 1.06 crore shares of Reliance Industries, raising its holding to 91.50 crore shares from 90.44 crore shares. The net purchase value was Rs 1,425 crore, even as the stock declined 3.72%.

Bajaj Finance

LIC increased its stake in Bajaj Finance by 1.54 crore shares to 18.67 crore shares from 17.13 crore shares. The insurer's net buying stood at Rs 1,414 crore, while the stock surged 25.35%.

Lupin

LIC added 60 lakh shares of Lupin, taking its holding to 1.87 crore shares from 1.28 crore shares. The purchase was worth Rs 1,375 crore, and the stock rose 4.54%.

Power Grid Corporation

LIC raised its holding in Power Grid Corporation by 4.50 crore shares to 42.04 crore shares from 37.54 crore shares. The insurer bought shares worth Rs 1,340 crore, while the stock fell 3.31%.
