Russian forces claim to have uncovered a makeshift chemical lab and a cache of banned toxins, including chloropicrin, in a former “Ukrainian hideout” in Donetsk. Moscow alleges these chemicals, packaged with explosives and designed for drone strikes, prove Ukraine is using illegal chemical warfare methods. Both sides have previously accused each other of deploying chloropicrin.
