Russia plane crash: Training aircraft crashes after engine failure; 4 dead

A Yakovlev Yak-18T training aircraft crashed in the Kolomna district of Russia’s Moscow region on Saturday, resulting in the deaths of all four occupants, including the crew and trainees. The aircraft experienced engine failure during an aerobatic manoeuvre and crashed in a field, igniting upon impact. An investigation has been launched by the Prosecutor’s Office into the incident.
