Shilpa Shetty, Raj Kundra booked; EOW probes Rs 60cr fraud; businessman alleges fund misuse

Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra are under investigation by the Economic Offences Wing (EOW) for allegedly defrauding a businessman of ₹60.4 crore. The couple, along with an unidentified individual, are accused of misappropriating funds from Deepak Kothari, intended for their now-defunct company, Best Deal TV Pvt Ltd, between 2015 and 2023.
