Anti-Corruption Bureau teams raided the residence of Nune Sridhar, a senior irrigation engineer involved in the Kaleshwaram Lift Irrigation Project, unearthing assets worth approximately ₹60 crore disproportionate to his known income sources. Sridhar, who previously supervised the Gayathri pump house, was arrested following searches at 14 locations across multiple cities. The raids occurred amidst an inquiry into alleged KLIP irregularities.
