Watch: Part of Patna flyover sinks; was inaugurated 2 months ago

A section of Patna’s new double-deck flyover has sunk. This happened after persistent heavy rainfall. The flyover cost Rs 422 crore. Nitish Kumar, Bihar’s Chief Minister, inaugurated it on June 11, 2025. The structure spans the busy Ashok Rajpath. Residents face flooding due to poor drainage. The flyover aimed to reduce congestion.
