A tragic hit-and-run claimed the life of 21-year-old Ghazal Tuteja on Saturday night along the Ghodbunder highway in Thane. While riding her scooter near an Indian Oil petrol pump, an unidentified vehicle struck her from behind, causing fatal injuries.
