World Bank delegation inspects Saraswati River and recharge system in Haryana

A World Bank team visited Haryana to assess the Saraswati River recharge projects, praising the state’s irrigation and water management efforts. Eleven recharge reservoirs have significantly raised groundwater levels, enabling continuous water flow for the past three years.
