Ahmedabad recommended as Commonwealth Games 2030 host

Ahmedabad has been recommended as the proposed host city for the 2030 Commonwealth Games by the Executive Board of Commonwealth Sport. India was competing with Nigeria for the hosting rights, and a final decision will be made on November 26 at the General Assembly in Glasgow. Commonwealth Sport will also support Nigeria’s future Games ambitions.
